I went in for a couple simple things I couldn't find on my own. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely recommend this place for your appliance needs. I will be back if I need anything else in the future. Fingers crossed I dont.

Charlie was amazing! Super knowledgeable, dedicated to finding the root cause, ensure our refrigerator was fixed correctly, went the extra mile, and takes great pride in his work. This is the second time we've called All Appliance and will definitely be calling for all of our appliance repair needs.

My washer started overflowing and I couldn’t get the shut off valve to budge to shut off water. My thanks to Cassie Tim and Trevor ( hope I got all the names correct). They are lifesavers. Replaced shut off valve in washer and up and running

I have a dryer that wasn’t heating, thankfully under warranty. The most difficult time was getting through to Speed Queen. A few phone calls and long wait times later, I was able to explain the situation. As luck would have it, they dispatched the case to All Appliance who called right away and scheduled a service call. Sean (Shawn?) came out on Friday earlier than the time frame expected, saw it was the heating element but had to order the part. I was pleasantly surprised when the office called the very next morning with part in hand ready to get the repair done. Shawn (Sean?) was very friendly, professional and got us back up and running quickly. The staff at All Appliance Service are ON IT and in today’s world of subpar customer service, I am so happy to have found them!

Pleasant gentleman. Knowledgeable and friendly. Grateful he was willing to come out on a Saturday. Saved us from having to replace our fridge out of sheer frustration!

Fast, knowledgeable, don't oversell you. My dad told me about this place years ago and he has been going to these guys for services for 20 years. They've fixed my stuff for 6 years now. I'm a customer for life.

Ice maker did not work . Charlie took care of it ! He was great ! Called me to let me know when he was on his way and took care of the problem in a timely manner ! A good experience all around !

Tom from All Applicance was fantastic, he made the process easy and he was knowledgeable and very friendly. I hope he’s our technician when we get our parts in for our fridge, great service!
